As Pantanjali is the fastest growing consumer brand in India. Now today Baba Ramdev launched Swadeshi Samriddhi SIM cards, which were made in alliance with BSNL. On Sunday Baba ramdev in an event launches this sim cards in which the people gets a discount of 10% on Pantanjali products if they uses this card. This is going to be the big tie-up with the Bsnl company.
At the event Ramdev Said government owed BSNL is a 'Swadeshi Network', and the basic motive of both Patanjali and BSNL is the welfare of the country. "There are five lakh counters of BSNL and from there people can soon get Patanjali swadeshi-samradhi card," Ramdev said. Talking about the company's motive "prosperity for charity", he further said that in addition to attractive data and call package, the card also comes with the medical and life insurance covers of Rs 2.5 lakh and Rs 5 lakh, respectively. However, the covers could only be availed .
Here are all the plans available under Patanjali and BSNL's partnership:
1) Rs 144: Under this plan, customers will get free unlimited voice calling benefits, 2GB of 4G data, and 100 SMSes for a validity period of 30 days. There are no roaming charges.
2) Rs 792: Under this plan, customers will get free unlimited voice calling benefits, 2GB of 4G data, and 100 SMSes for a validity period of 180 days. There are no roaming charges.
3) Rs 1584: Under this plan, customers will get free unlimited voice calling benefits, 2GB of 4G data, and 100 SMSes for a validity period of 365 days. There are no roaming charges. For now, the Swadeshi Samriddhi SIM card and its benefits will be available only to Patanjali employees like Bharat Swabhiman Nyas, Patanjali Yog Samiti, Mahila Prakosath, Yuva Bharat, Patanjali Kisan Seva, and Swadeshi Samrudhi Card Holder.
As of now, there's no information on when the SIM card will be available publicly, but chances are that the full-fledged launch may happen in the next few months or so. After the SIM card becomes available to everyone, its users will also get up to 10 per cent discount on Patanjali products. Patanjali earlier this year announced a strategic partnership with e-commerce retail stores like Flipkart, Amazon, Paytm Mall and others to sell its products.
Speaking on Patanjali and BSNL's partnership, Sunil Garg, BSNL Chief General Manager said, "Patanjali's plan is BSNL's best plan. In Rs 144, one can make unlimited calls from any part of the country. We are giving 2 GB data pack, 100 SMSs. The members of the Patanjali have to just show their identity and there SIM will be activated soon after some paperwork."
